       BXK-B 系列防爆变频调速箱可通过改变其输出频率来调节普通三相异步电动机的转速，以达到生产工艺的要求或实现节电的目的，节 电率可达30~60%,可作为电动机软起动控制器，也可通过传感器、变送器等控制电路组成闭环调速系统。安装操作简单，起动平衡无冲击 电流(软起动),电源容量大大降低，功率因素恒定，同时具备故障显示等各种功能；

◆过电流保护、短路保护、过电压保护、欠压保护、瞬时停电保护、断相保护和堵转保护；

◆可数字显示频率、转速以及负载率或电流等；

◆可手动调节频率。可设定转速按时间变化的工艺曲线。也可由DCS 系统给出信号来控制其频率；

◆本产品变频调速器为进口元件，柜内还安装有电流变、电压表、自动空气开关、指示的、交流接触器、工频旋钮开关及启动停止按钮等。 可根据不同用户的工艺要求设计、选择器件及配置各种适当的操作方法；

◆外壳采用优质碳素钢板焊接成型，经高速喷砂清理后表面高压静电喷塑，强度高、防腐性能好，也可根据用户要求采用不锈钢制作；
