产品特点Features

◆它的防爆原理主要是采用介质隔离点燃源的防爆措施从而达到电器防爆的目的；

◆本产品可根据用户要求安装各种普通的检测仪表、分析仪表、显示仪表、监视器、微电脑触摸屏、大功率变频器以及普通电器元件，对 用户内装电器元件基本不受限制；

◆它主要由柜体、自控系统、布气系统、报警系统、配电系统组成；柜体由正压腔和副腔组成，副腔内装自控系统、报警系统及用户的进 出电缆；正压腔内装用户的配电系统元件；

◆可按用户要求分别定制成箱式、琴台式和柜式结构，柜式又分为上下结构和左右结构。箱式一般采用钢板焊接而成，表面喷塑，前开门 操作；琴台式和柜式其柜架采用标准型材焊接，表面喷塑，对其各接合面都经过了特殊的密封处理；前开门操作后开门维修。钢板材料 一般选用GB710-88 冷轧钢板，也可根据用户要求选用GB3280-84 不锈钢材质；

◆按进气方式分为通风型和补偿型。通风型为不间断连续供气，正压腔内装元件的工作热量可随气路带走，具有很好的散热功能；补偿型 为间断性供气，正压腔有良好的密封性，耗气量小；

◆用户须提供气源，要求为：净化空气或氮气，气源压力为：0.2MPa~0.8MPa; 通常用户现场的仪表风均可满足要求。也可根据用户要求， 我公司为其设计自供气系统(1mPa=10 公斤力/cm² 、0.1mPa=1公斤力/cm²)。

◆It is composed of board, body automatic control system, air arrangement system, alarm system and distribution system, the body is

composed of positive pressure chamber and subsidiary chamber, there is a self-control system, alarm system and cable in the subsidary chamber, other distribution system components are in the positive pressure chamber;

◆There are box style, musical plate style and board style, the board style are divided into fluctuated structure and right and left structure.

For the box style, the body is welded by steel plate and sprayed with plastic, operated through the front door the board shelf of musical plate   and board style is welded by standard profiled bar, surface is sprayed with plastic, the joint plane is handled with sealing, treatment operating from frontal door and maintaining from back door, Normally we select GB710-88 cold cast steel, also can select GB3280-84 stainless.

◆There are ventilation and compensation entry ways, ventilation entry is used for continue airfeed, the heat in pressure chamber canbe sent out. It's also with good heat diffusing function, the compensation entry is for discontinuity air feed, the press chamberis with perfact sealing and low gas comsumption functions;

◆The user must supply clear air or nitrogen, gas pressure: 02.MPa~0.8MPa, satisfy the locale requirement, we can design the gas supply system on request.
